I am looking for an immediate monthly room rental with utilities included in a location convenient to the greater San Francisco Bay area (Marin, Novato, San Rafael, Richmond, Emeryville, Berkeley, Oakland and San Francisco). I am relocating from the East Coast and will be working at home while I find local employment.

 Rental preference: private room/private bath, utilities and parking included, no pets (allergies). Can pay up to $600/month or negotiable.

 I am single, female, business professional, quiet, and I clean up after myself. I am a fair minded person and was raised to respect others and their privacy.

I am in need of a place for my three dogs to stay during the night: garage, basement, yard with covered area. This is only temporary. About 10 years ago when in my three bedroom home with a large backyard, I rescued two different dogs and one eventually had a litter in which I kept one.
